Sixteen star chefs have been our guests at the Trivelli Tartufi company in Roccafluvione to learn about the typical features of the area. The distinguished guests of the American culinary scene, coming from New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Miami, have lived a full-immersion experience in the history of Roccafluvione, through the scents and flavours of its tradition.
The event promoted and organized by Trivelli Tartufi is aimed to promote the Italian food and wine heritage. The programme of the day was varied and rich in tastings of typical products, meetings with the leaders in the industry and the relevant actors in the excellence, insights on the latest food trends, testimonials, experiments and great business stories.
The chefs have therefore been guided in the truffle harvesting and its selection, have learned the key moments that marked the history of the Trivelli Tartufi company and have savoured the unique taste of the products.
