DESCRIPTION
The Fine Black Winter Truffle is sweet, delightful, versatile. The black pulp of ebony-violet colour has dense, whitish veins with a warty or smooth peridium depending on where it grows.

From mid-November to mid-March.

Umbria, Abruzzo, Marche, Tuscany, Lazio, Veneto, Lombardy, Emilia Romagna, Trentino, Piedmont and Liguria.

Downy Oak Tree, Holm Oak Tree, European Hop-Hornbeam Tree, Cistus.
STORAGE MODE
The Black Truffle must always be kept in the least cool area of the refrigerator, individually wrapped in absorbent or light paper, making sure it remains dry. Fresh truffles can also be wrapped in absorbent paper and sealed in a glass container in the refrigerator. These methods allow the conservation of the Black Truffle for about fifteen days.
