The classic style of a traditional seasoning lied to the sweetness of the Fine Black Winter truffle. Just a few sprays to bring a sense of fine delicacy to every flavour. Pasta dishes, meat, fish, eggs or croutons. Each creation will outstand for the unmistakable scent of the Fine Black Winter truffles.

Pairings: 

A few sprinkles to add fragrant notes to the dish, but not to cover up the flavours. From pasta to meat. From bruschetta to pizza. The uses are varied, but we do not recommend it with fish, as it would cover it up too much. Beef, cabbage and fine black truffle oil are a perfect trio!

Extra virgin olive oil, fine black winter truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 0,2%, flavourings.

Keep in a cool dry place, away from light and heat.
Can it be used for sautéing? It would be better not to, so as not to compromise the flavour of the truffle, and because the seasoning in a spray version is specially designed to be sprayed directly onto ready-to-eat dishes.
